Welcome to The Tallow & Thyme Company — a traditional skincare and apothecary brand created with simple ingredients, old-fashioned care and a love for useful everyday products.
Our brand has been built around the idea that skincare does not need to be complicated. Sometimes, the most nourishing products are the simplest ones: carefully chosen ingredients, thoughtfully blended, and made with purpose.

Why tallow?
Tallow has been used traditionally for generations. Rich, simple and beautifully suited to balm-based skincare, it gives our products their comforting texture and nourishing feel.
Our products are made using grass-fed beef tallow, blended with carefully selected ingredients such as organic jojoba oil, yellow beeswax, cocoa butter, vitamin E oil, lavender essential oil and frankincense essential oil.
Each product has been created to feel practical, comforting and easy to use — the kind of product you reach for every day.
Our first collection
We are preparing to launch with four signature products:
The Original
Our unscented everyday tallow balm, made for simple daily nourishment. Smooth, rich and comforting, it is ideal for those who prefer skincare without added scent.
Moon Balm
A lavender tallow balm with a soft, calming scent. Created for everyday use, morning or evening, Moon Balm brings a gentle ritual feel to simple skincare.
Frankincense & Lavender
A whipped tallow balm with a comforting botanical blend of frankincense and lavender. Soft, airy and aromatic, this balm has a more luxurious feel while still keeping the formula simple.
The Pocket Balm
Our traditional tallow lip balm, made in a black tube for easy everyday use. Smooth, simple and unscented, it is made to keep close by in your pocket, handbag, car or bedside drawer.
The Mini Collection
Alongside our full-size products, we are also creating The Mini Collection — a compact set of our first four favourites in smaller sizes.
It will include:

The Pocket Balm — 5g black tube
This little set is perfect for trying the range, gifting, travelling, or discovering which balm becomes your favourite.
